Air freshener advice needed

I have a couple of avics and need some advice. Regarding the plug-in air fresheners, any idea on how far away they should be from the enclosures so they don't harm the spiders? I'm careful to keep sprays away from them but wasn't sure about the plug-ins. Thanx.

Never anywhere even remotely close, I have a friend that lost a few from her collection to plug in airfresheners that were across the room from where she plugged it in

At the least don't put one in the same room...... They have been proven to be a fire risk.... personally, I wouldn't have one in the house...
