Advice on feeding & watering tiny sling

Hi.. 2 days ago I got myself a Nhandu chromatus sling he is around 3/8 of an inch in length... He is in a dram vial and I'm just trying to get advice on how to give him water and how often should I be feeding him.

I’d give him a couple of fruit flies, keep an eye on the size of the abdomen.
Add a couple of drops of water on one spot in the substrate to dampen it, they will drink from that.
Dont make it overly wet.

I don't have fruit flies on hand but when I got him 2 days ago I cut off the end of a small mealworm and put that in there and he found it and starting eating it and his abdomen looks pretty plump...
