    Dubia roaches

I am thinking of starting a Dubia colony. All information and opinions are welcome. Are there any foods to stay away from? I plan on feeding carrots and purina layena crumbles ground up of course for the baby Dubia. How long have you had your colonies and have you developed any allergies to...

    C. Versicolor sling feeding

My C. Versicolor is finally eating. The picture is not the best but she’s feeding on a pre killed pinhead cricket. I know it is only the second day and I probably stressed out over nothing but I have never had one this small. There is definitely a big difference between 1/2” and 3/4” slings...

    C. Versicolor sling feeding

    New slings

So don’t worry about the boluses? What about mites? I saw some opinions online that if you do get mites. They are just cleaning up unless you have an infestation and others said if you have them at all to rehouse period.

    New slings

I have two slings. Brazilian black (1 1/4”) and a Curly hair (3/4”). Both take their crickets into their boroughs to eat? Can I just feed them until they are in premolt and then rehouse with new substrate?
