    I got it all bolted up and the background secured. Now time for decoration and spider transfer. o_O She's my favorite but she does not like me very much.

    This one was hardy enough to just screw onto the bark on the back. I did have another that was a bit more fragile so i cut a hole in the backdrop and filled the gaps with epoxy and covered in substrate.

    I know she loves her 1 gallon enclosure. She's rolled two sacks in here but shes getting big and its time for a much needed upgrade. Im building a "junglebox" style 5.5 gallon since I already have two 10 gallon kits for my regalis and ornata.

    Soooo I've read somewhere that you can permanently freeze a tarantula to the point that is solidifies and will not thaw or decompose. Usually done by a taxidermist in a freeze drier.
