So very kind of you to let me know this. I'm taken aback you knew him on sight. I'm really happy to be on the board with you. Thanks to you, I'm now aware my guest is not just local by virtue of him being in town, he's a native species. Just curious, and I can be slow to catch on and I'm not the least bit sensitive about being called out for this, are you saying he is weird because he likes being in a house rather than the wild?

yes. it's probably because juniper is a common ornamental in socal landscaping, that seems to be their natural habitat type.
