B sp Tortuguero

This is my daughter T. In it's fresh new coat, having just molted.
Were these from The Spider Shop last year? Assume reclassified to Tliltocatl now too? Noticed much difference against the T vagans? I got 3 of these with "edited" CITES papers so wondering if others who also bought got the same papers and noticed any differences etc.

It is my daughters T & she brought it off a friend, who we have brought some other T's off. We got no papers with it, I do not know where it came from & we have not compared it to a vegans, but I assume from your comment that they are similar?

when they were available from The Spider Shop in May/June 19 as slings, they were part of a mexican import they made supposedly with true lineage etc. even though it was a new species and yet to be accepted and classified. The CITES papers I got with them had B vagans crossed out and sp. Tortuguero written by hand on them with The Spider Shop stating as as nit finally recognised, that's why the papers were amended. I have yet to see anything official about these being classified so I hope like probably.many others who bought these, we didnt just get very expensive vagans as they were a lot more expensive!

I can't remember how much my daughter paid for hers, but it was about what you would pay for an average Brachy.

When I saw these listed on the Spider shop website and looked into it last year I saw they were not classified as a brachy at the time so due to that reason I did not buy and bought an epicurainum sling instead (which came with papers) and a verdezi,
To my knowledge they are still yet to be classified (presumably as tilitocatl) so I will hold off buying any until they are -
Maybe you will see more significant changes in its appearance as they grow? :)
