Unable to Upload Photo(s)

I am unable to upload photos to a thread or the media section.
Different photo sizes tried from 55kb to 3mb with different formats.

Error:
"The following error occurred"
"There was a problem uploading your file"

Detailed Error Message:
No detailed error message or error code given.

Running Windows 8.1 from a Desktop machine.
Tried with Google Chrome Version 34.0.1847.116 m
And Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17031

Error fist noticed 11:30 GMT +2 (Harare, Pretoria)

Oooops... My bad... I was on holiday for two weeks and forgot about a lil thing called "work's proxy" hmmmm
