Has anyone dealt with Reptile City? I ordered two trapdoors from them last weekend (Saturday). The site generated an automatic confirmation thanking me for my order. The site states that orders can take between 5-7 days. My order status still states pending? I reached out on day 7 to see if they had an update and have not received a response. Want to see if I need to look elsewhere sooner than later. Thanks.

Wanted to close this one out. Took awhile as my items were labelled "special order" but all arrived eventually.
