How young is too young to sex from a molt?

I have successfully retrieved a fresh molt (was still moist when I got it from Espresso) and it was wonderfully pliable as I prepared for sexing. But I question how soon is too soon to try sexing them? They aren't even sub adults yet. Likely just under 2 inch DLS. But I have looked for the answer and found nothing?

I've definitely seen online dealers advertise tarantulas between 1.5"-2" DLS as "female," so it might not be too small... Although you might need a magnifying glass, judging by my little B. hamorii's last molt at ~2.5-3" DLS.

usually around 2 inches you can tell fairly easily.

I was able to sex my first C. versicolor by 2 inches with eyesight alone.

A breeder I buy from sexes them at 1" with a microscope attached to his tv/monitor.
