Its best to use a temp and humidity meter, I'd say around 75-85,for avics. Use a water dish for larger ones add pebbles to overcome possible drowning, smaller ones mist once each 2nd day keep substrate slightly misted. Also spray away from the T, avoid the same side or on the T.
