Yep . But I am lucky enough to be allowed to have a collection of this size in the house so I can live with that

Cool, got plans on breeding them? Eleodes are a very nice genus, and are typically easy to breed.

Not at this time. At least not on purpose. I have a mealworm colony and some superworms which was a ridiculous project. I can't keep up with them! !!

Ooh, that's a Pasimachus sp ground beetle, AKA a very amazing find!! Those guys just rip crickets apart, they make for very entertaining pets!

I should catch a few, I didn't realize they were predators..I believe they're the ones making really round holes next to my house.

You definitely should, they are really cool and can live a few years as adults!
