I feed my slings one pin head (baby) rusty red roach, twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Sundays and I mist the enclosures once a week.
In the winter I may need to mist more often as it dries out considerably in So Cal, but so far I've not had to add any heat
80°F seems an optimum temp for my species

@Denny Dee oh yes definitely has an appetite! She likes to sit on top of it and guard it. I say she I don't know what the sex is yet.
@octanejunkie thank you Skittles seems to enjoy a nice micro cricket, she ignored pinheads. So far so good and my collection is growing
