Ah,now I see. They are opening fine on my computer, I was just saying that because I asked you to post more links. I was unaware of all the links at the time!!
HelloI enjoyed reading this thread. I currently have 7 arboreal slings. They are all pretty tiny. Is this type of enclosure too big for the tinier slings? How big should the little suckers be before putting them in such an enclosure? Right now mine are in 16 oz drink cups with the dome type top, upside down dirt in dome. These enclosures look too big to me. I am wondering if I shouldn't put them in larger vials until they get bigger?
Ok, thanks. I am having trouble getting my three tiny A. diversipes to eat in the larger enclosure. I think I need to glue some leaf stuff from the top for them so they can web up better. Then I can drop the cricket into the web as described here.
Thanks for the info. I will be careful with the humidity. I think I have enough ventilation.
Be sure to keep the humidity up this species requires a very good amount of humidity (70%-80%). Gotta be especially careful about this with slings as well. I see people losing avic slings all the time and I'm sure it's often related to humidity.
