Welcome! I just got my first rose hair as well; however, it is only a wee little sling! It is my 5th tarantula in 7 months, VERY ADDICTING!

I am excited to find out the sex of both of my slings! I've had my GBB for about 3 months(and he's already molted twice!). I imagine it can't be much older than 5 or 6 months, though I'm not sure on the exact age.

I, too, have just started collecting tarantulas! I got my first tarantula back in May, a young Mexican Red Knee. Name is Nid, not sure the sex yet! My second is a female Pinktoe, Mittens. And my third is a GBB sling, named Azul. They are such amazing creatures! I will be receiving two more...
