Hey guys,
I have been noticing lately that my A avicularia seems to be having trouble while it eats. A majority of the time, it’s sitting on the glass at the top of the enclosure and seems to have no issues at all. When I feed it, it’s pretty erratic and usually loses grip of the wall (and...
Awesome! Thank you guys for the enclosure suggestions. I’ll see what I can do, but as of currently that’s the smallest thing I’ve got. I’ll keep my eyes open for anything smaller though!
I do have another question about them. Obviously a sling is way too small to start trying to sex it, but at...
I was thinking it would be something like that, but I am not super familiar with the growth rate of the Pulchras. I’m not 100% sure of the exact sizes. I believe the sling is between 3/4” - 1” and the enclosure is about 5.5” long or so. The sling
Hey guys, many of you have helped me out on the Terrestial Suggestions thread I posted on General Discussion. I’m starting this one for advice or guidance on raising my G Pulchra sling. I’ve never raised them (or any sling this small) before.
I noticed that this morning, the spiderling had found...
Hey guys! Update! I did some more research into what DIY enclosures people made. I decided to move my G Pulchra into a acrylic container I got at Hobby Lobby! You can’t see it well in the picture, but I put holes in the top and the sides! It seems to be safer than the small Critter Keeper, and...

Thank you guys for your suggestions!! My local pet shop got their shipment in today and had an adorable G. Pulchra sling that I decided to go with! I’ll attach a picture when I get it home and more comfortable!
Hey guys! I’m thinking about putting a couple live plants in my tarantula enclosures. What are the best kinds you guys have, and what tips can you all offer me? I haven’t decided for sure, but want to do some research first. Thank you all!
