    New Enclosure?

@VanessaS actually in all her months in being in the other enclosure she NEVER even tried to burrow, but i think it was about 4 or 5 days after in this new enclosure it looked as if she was trying to burrow in 1 spot, but the dirt isn't thick/sticky enough to form a burrow nor is it deep enough...

    New Enclosure?

Ok i figured she was just best in it, the only thing i don't like is that the dirt isn't high enough for her to burrow if she wants, but thats ok. Here is a photo of the enclosure. The picture doesn't really show the size that much, but she does only take up like a corner of it at the moment...

    New Enclosure?

This is probably a ridiculous question, and i probably already can answer my own question but just looking for some extra feedback. Last week i rehoused my G. Rosea into a smaller tank (a large flat faunarium) from my 10 gallon glass tank so i could do some cleaning and what not. I left her in...

    I have no idea...

Hey everyone, it has been quite awhile since i have been on here. I have a lot going on, and things have been good with the critters.. Except for the past few weeks my male(or at least we think its male, but now were having doubts)scorpion is either very fat, or is perhaps pregnant..? I honestly...

    now I'm a bit worried..

*I know this is a later post, i have been very busy with life ATM lol* Surprisingly, my Avic doesn't poop too often but then again it has only had 2 1cm crickets since it molted on January 27th. My Rosie on the other hand is a poop machine, she has been eating a adult cricket every 2-3 days...

    now I'm a bit worried..

Thanks guys! I feel better now lol, I figured it wasn't much to worry about but considering it just molted I thought it would be hungry, considering after my Rosie molted she has just been a little piggy lol. I'll keep offering food, and eventually it will take it

    now I'm a bit worried..

So it's been awhile since I've posted haha. Basically I'm starting to get a bit worried because my A. Avicularia sling molted on January 27th, it didn't come out of its little Web tunnel for about a week, ok sounds typical, but it hadn't eaten since January 3rd though.. I've tried dropping in...

    Feeding after molt

I'm just wondering as to how long slings usually start eating after they molt. I know every T will be different, but I'm just curious because my A. Avic sling molted 2 weeks ago, and hasn't come out of its webbing at all(that I know of), I offer food every few days but no-go, even my adult G...

    great..

I was hoping I wouldn't have to rehouse the scorpions because I just did like 3 weeks ago  But I guess you got to do what you got to do... I would love to try roaches but... they are illegal here

    great..

I realized today that my scorpion enclosure has a bunch of baby crickets now.. some mother decided to lay all her dang eggs in there and boom. ive got a start to colony. To be honest I don't want one, I don't want these things.. I am assuming that they would probably die because there is nothing...
