i think i should of added more context before posting. it had spent an entire year under a cork bark no entrance, no exit or way to feed it, no way to see if it was alive as a juvineile with it being so young i had concerns for it welfare.
I think my first setup just didnt have enough features...
Random update, my davus molted a few weeks ago. It is TINY! compared to my GGB which is an unstoppable eating, molting machine.
I got them both on 19/09/2018 both exactly the same size.
My GGB is now 5.5inches and has molted 4 or 5 times.
The davus on the other hand has eaten only twice since...
Well i was right, she has not emerged yet in her new cloths. cant wait until should does.
I can see one what looks to be much longer leg in her web tunnel.
I bought both my T's at the same time, my GBB molted with out me realising. Feeding well then one day there was 2 GBB's. i missed molt completely.
My davus is a nightmare, doesn't eat, eaten 3 times in 6 months i think show signs of molting but doesnt.
SO my GBB has been my focus, but just as...

This is more of a general question then anything in particular.
Is the like a "10 signs of pre-molt" as a general rule for a majority of tarantulas?
I know things such as them hiding, not feeding and going slightly shiny on the abdomen as a few.
But are there other factors to visually tell, so...
A few thing with that, IF it was my finger id deserve everything that was coming too me, tongs can be dropped fingers cant XD, i have no desire to ever touch one of my T's.
Typically i do drop roaches in and let them hunt it down or place them away from the the T but some where, where she can...
Just need my davus to stop being so skittish and start feeding properly. Once iv finished rebuilding my house. I'm going to get two more. Just haven't decided on what to get.
Aphonopelma seemanni
